Thursday 5th June, 2025...

The 3 of us were up and out early for 5am... Ruben ran the session, David jogged and walked and I walked 1.95 km... Jetty2Jetty fun run event is 7 weekends away and I'm registered to walk the 3km event...

It was a chilly 9 degrees when we started...
We had coffee with the runners then went home... I went back to bed at 7am and actually had a 2 hour sleep and woke up at 10:00am...
