Shifting Sands

Walked the river bank at Beddgelert, only half a mile in each direction, sat down just the once, mainly due to the very recent downpour so all benches etc were soaking wet - was pooped back at the car, but no aches & pains. Just Pregabalin, no painkillers today - whoop!
Wore my rain coat, first time in a long time. Pulled a mini pine cone from my pocket - set me off again.
