The Pounce

I think my kestrel here in the garden found a large beetle but it was difficult to distinguish. She is here a bit more hunting so must have chicks; I'd love to know where they nest. 

I'm hobbling around at the moment having slipped. last night on wet bathroom floor tiles. Oh yes it hurt. My knee is swollen and Millie is looking at me in a sorrowful way as both our step counts are down. 'Walkies' really isn't on the cards not unless I can harness her to a sled.

Doing the accounts now so at least being a bit productive.
