Regional Cookbooks

Sat basking in self-glory having resolved my computer 'disaster' I peered into Mrs. MD's cookbook cupboard.  I came across these four regional cookbooks.  They made fascinating reading as well as having some interesting old photographs.  The recipes were for such delicacies as Tripe and Onions, Melting Moments and Windermere Spice Biscuits.......
