Taller and taller

This morning we met Blipper Elizabeth Candle for coffee on the outskirts of Hayle, overlooking the nature reserve, where there were Canada geese and four or five young pottering about looking for food.  We spent a very happy hour and a half chatting about this and that.

This afternoon we’ve been back to Kresen Kernow where I had requested books of land ownership.  I didn’t find what I was looking for but did find a few interesting titbits regarding my 2xgreat aunt, who was an owner of property and agent for Clinton Road, a wealthy area of Redruth.  More to investigate.

There have been a few short showers today and it’s chilly.  No walking done today.

The foxgloves have done well and this one is growing taller by the day.
