Red rose

Another red rose from my mother-in-law's garden. Red roses are obviously the best - much better than the white ones anyway... ;-)

Today was the last day of development and most of my code is now in production - which is a bit of a worry as I may have done my best but it will have bugs in it and there has been only minimal testing. I like my code to be tested, first by me, then the functional team, then ideally by a proper testing team, and finally the business.

A week later as I actually blip this I can confirm a bug slipped into production but I've fixed it and no long term damage was done. Frustrating as if they had tested as we asked it would have been caught and fixed before making it into production.
