Dear Leader derangement (syndrome?)

In a wonderful display of everything a statesman shouldn’t do, tRump hosted chancellor Merz at the WH. I just glanced at the topics he raised and thought “thank goodness I wasn’t in the room and didn’t have to pretend I was actually paying attention…” I’ll let those interested google a summary but, frankly, it’s just more of the same sh..t.

On the other hand, I had a wonderful experience hand feeding little treats to a couple of female polar bears at the zoo today (thanks to a friend who works there). More on that in my regular journal later but first, dinner!
