Meadow rue

I ran out of time to post last night and went to sleep in the brief period when I could have done so this afternoon!
Having done some much needed housework I went to visit a friend for the second part of the morning. I was nearly ready to come home when 2 more visitors and a dog arrived so I decided it was time to go.
The afternoon was gardening, nearly all the veg seedlings are now planted so I hope the slugs and snails keep away (one courgette plant has already gone).
A run in the evening with some of our newer people, getting them  over the 5k distance, they did really well.
Mr Rat had the tea almost ready when I got in, and there was a load of admin in the evening - several issues to sort out and all to be done fairly soon, why do they all come at onece?
