This art deco style factory has seen better days and is currently awaiting planning permission to convert it into something else - probably apartments.

Meanwhile the local youths are starting their own demolition process and, as a consequence of its disrepair, it is likely that this beautiful looking building will eventually be flattened anyway to make way for something alot more ugly and profitable for the developers.

Sad.....
