Moss

Both Big R and I took our first walk in a long time at Tryon state park today. R needs to begin to strengthen his legs and see how his thigh does where the skin graft was taken from. I’ve had stabbing pain in my left hip so I wanted to see how it would do.
I rode a cross trainer the past two days to get somebody movement. Today’s walk went very well so that’s great. On the walk the woods were cooling and the moss very lush . After that we had a meeting at the bank then I made beef stroganoff for dinner
A fairly productive day !
