Just the thing to slip on your feet when putting the bins out ;-).

Designed in 1979 by Thea Cadabra who says, "My aim is to create aesthetically pleasing, fun, wearable, pretty shoes with a timeless quality."

I'm not sure about 'wearable' but she's nailed the other aims I think.
