On the beach...2

I think it is warmer today.  I had a morning walk, after breakfast, but even with the breeze, I could feel the heat.  This group, Dutch possibly, are always to be found on the beach, doing their daily workout. Good for them. I did a few stretches, and leg lifts back on the balcony this afternoon, after I'd eaten some more strawberries....
