Trimmed

I went to the class this morning g even although I was choked! It was a good session and was glad I went .

Afterwards it was just me on the walk with Saffy although I did hit a wall around 12:15 just as we passed by Dobbies.

Home and thought would have another walk out with Lucca so we went down to Bau Bau and I had a panini and coffee. Couldn’t manage it all and go the bus home. S met me as he finished his 3 day first aid course.

I just sat all afternoon and had an early night. (Again). I just wonder where all the liquid that comes out of the nose comes from lol!
