Buttercups

Very windy, but not cold today.

Bob had his podiatrist appointment then we did did our weekly food shop in the morning, very quickly as didn't need so terribly much.

Had a walk at the loch, Bob managed to go all the way around, an improvement.  I walked several rounds, and felt good for it.

And a quick visit to Bob's sister, who had a recent fall and has a bad wound on her leg.  A bit of chat about their family history,  and holidays.

The buttercups are having their season, and I took some of them at the loch.  Extra of the swan and her cygnets.
