Didaskaleinophobe

We are in Wales staying with eldest son. It is like a holiday so we have had plenty of time for reading. I have polished off Water by John Boyne, first of a series, and have started I Wanna Be Yours, a  memoir by John Cooper Clarke. I am thoroughly enjoying it, and though I am on page 100, he has only just started secondary school. As you might expect from a wordsmith I am learning new words like the above. It was new to me. It means ‘the fear of school or the fear of going to school.’ If only I had gone to school…
