Kittiwakes

There are a couple of (visible) kittiwake colonies around Sumburgh Head - I spent a bit of time there this morning to try and get a sense of how they are doing.  

Last season this colony got very badly predated (by ravens) - I was able to see one egg today, and there are several other birds that appear to be on eggs.  It would be good if the ravens could go somewhere else for a bit.
