Upstanding

I had an aqua class this morning and then we all (D, Sarah, Luke, Maria and I) went for a sauna. My first in ages and it felt so good.

Afterwards, we went to pick up Joe and played with Calvin for a while. He really is a lovely cat.

Another midgy gardening session. Both my eyes look puffy where they bit my eyelids :-(

I made a big curry for tea. So good to have all my family around the table (would be even better if Chris had been here too)
