(157) Alarm!

Ten minutes into this evening's gym session the fire alarm sounded. We reluctantly filed out into the car park and waited for half an hour before we could return to the gym. It could have been worse, I could be ten years old and at the splash disco and have to stand outside with a foil blanket for ages!
