Land Otter?

This is our beach looking NNW. There is a large rock in the center with a small. dark spot just above in the water. That is a young land otter’s back. They like to fish around this point in the current. Lots of diving with a skinny tail that quickly disappears. I will try to catch a photo of an adult, as they like to sun bathe on our dock.
