Fridge Roulette & Pre-Holiday Chaos

Lunch today was... weird. We're officially in "eat everything left in the fridge before holiday" mode. Just for the record, I didnt line my peas up like that, they just fell in-between the asparagus- no ones got time for that! It tasted great regardless. 

We’ve booked a campsite for Tuesday night – so it’s officially official. We leave Tuesday morning! The weather’s finally turning too (thank you, British Summer™, for cutting it fine), and I’ve always fancied a little wander around Winchester. It’s only an hour from the ferry port, so perfect for a pit stop.

In other news, his sunnies have finally arrived – only nine days late. Honestly thought the opticians had lost them. Turns out they were delivered to the wrong branch... “They’re not lost, just… elsewhere.” Comforting

Hair and nails done. Just need to sort the leg situation so I don’t look like a yeti in me bathers... Holiday mode, almost activated!
