Stinking Iris (Roast Beef)

Today’s picture is of another Iris identified on an app, as a Stinking Iris; it is also known as a roast beef plant. Again, like the yellow one I blipped on 27 May 2025, I did not plant this. There is also another clump of leaves nearby, but no flowers; I wonder if they will be a different colour? Looking on the internet it seems you can buy these seeds.
 
A day of not doing very much, I filled all the bird feeders, which have been neglected for a few days. The groceries arrived, so no need to go shopping, so I shall spend the day with my husband, probably reading.
