All Kinds Of Play

Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Mini Princesses,

Kitty Cat, Dee and I went on a Culture Club outing to The Lyceum to see ‘The Mountaintop’.

The play imagines the last night or Dr Martin Luther King Jr in the hotel before he was assassinated.

It was thought-provoking and the acting was excellent. The last 10 minutes were stunning but overall I didn’t really like the play. It felt disjointed and I definitely didn’t get some of the symbolism.

But I had a lovely night anyway. We went for a drink after to catch up. We can get cultured next time.
