Went back to work today, it took a very long time to walk in though - knackered!

Was okay all day but suddenly in the afternoon my face was painful again, specifically my jaw - I took some pills and headed home. Matt was out dogsitting for the evening and I was actually glad he wasn’t there to see me ugly cry for a good hour. I don’t remember ever being in pain that bad. This was when it finally started to settle down and I had frozen peas tied to my head with a tea towel.

Discussed with Lucy (handy to have a dental nurse as a friend) who suspects that my sinus symptoms may have actually been tooth symptoms all along.
