A Brighter Day!

In amongst the gloom and drear of dealing with obstructive corporates, there shone a little sunshine today.  The kettle having failed (electrically) the manufacturer accepted an online report of the failure (with photos) and did not require it to be packaged up and returned - a victory for the environment, common sense and customer relations.  A rare event; a memory to be treasured.
