I don’t often do the selfie thing but i thought i should mark having done my 450th parkrun today.
Folkestone was cancelled because of an event on the Leas so I went to Ashford. It’s always nice to visit other parkruns as I get a bit bored doing the same one every week. Not surprising as I’ve done 249 at Folkestone!
