Yes, Saturday morning at 09.30 and I was poised for the Lochore Meadows Parkrun. 

My performance was better than last week, so that was rewarding. I got my Blip at the back of the field of runners at the start line, and that is pretty much where I stayed (the back of the field, not the start line).

The rest of my day has been leisurely, mostly because it has rained much of the time.
