Full Scottish

We had a tricky journey north this morning because of the heavy rain but we just made it to Moffat in time for a tasty brunch at Café Ariete.
After a browse around the Moffat shops, we headed home (via Sainsbury’s and the Fat Batard) and then spent the rest of the day unpacking our bags and the car. The garden has grown wild in our absence, hopefully it’ll stop raining long enough for us to tidy it up! Despite the cold and rain, as always, it’s good to be back home.
