Today's bird

Today I found out this Cardinal is a juvenile by looking it up on All About Birds. It almost looks like a female Cardinal, except for the dark beak. I love learning about and identifying birds. This teenager has a funky hairstyle!

My sister Kathy, me and my husband Steve toured a Memory Care today that has 24-7 skilled nursing. Tomorrow we look at another. When mom is ready to leave rehab, fairly soon, she'll need a place with more nursing care then she had before. Sometimes it is quite overwhelming for all of us, navigating this unfamiliar territory, but we are making our way together and I feel much better today. We are making progress...
