Juvenile Starling

It must be spreading its wings because there were no other starlings around. Good to see it fending for itself. 

It was a busy house yesterday with everyone arriving at about 5pm. It was good to have the gang here though I went off to bed before the stragglers left. My nephew and great nephew are here till Thursday so we will see plenty of them. They have a few plans. Today they have gone to the Falkirk Wheel to spend time with my three adult children. I think they'll have a good time there. I'm happy to have a few hours at home to potter about.
