Kiel Harbour

…is the object of this beautiful map in Meyer’s encyclopaedia from 1896. Browsing volume 10 I came across the depicted lithography. 

Note the locks at Holtenau, the east end of the Kiel Canal, which was opened shortly before the 5th edition was published.
