Last year at the end of a walk around Grasmere I found a Ford car gathering but didn’t have much of my parking time left. On Friday when I was driving towards Kendal I noticed a lot of Ford Escorts going north and thought it might be on again. Dan at the garage said it was an RS owners meet so I got the bus through this morning.

Seems that it was also the Lakes Tour 2025 for pre 1980 Fords and a local Classic Car club had some vehicles there.

There wasn’t an access point for spectators though I could have sneaked in the back way if I’d felt confident.
