Wildflowers & Graffiti along the Clyde Waterfront
First thing this morning we went to feed my daughter’s cat and spend a little time with her then, as it is quite close we decided to go and try out the new Renfrew Bridge over the River Clyde which opened last month. It is smaller than I expected but great to pop over quickly to Renfrew. We had a little walk along the river at that point, lots of nice new housing then drove nearer to Erskine and had a walk along the river there too which was one of our lockdown walks and we’ve not been for ages. I checked when I had previously blipped the graffitied navigation light and it was 2022 (link below), it has faded quite a bit but is still an attractive structure I think and contrasts nicely with the wildflowers. To complete the circuit, we drove to the Erskine Bridge and returned back over to our side of the river and headed home.
Thanks to Nicoiseannie and ApolloFly for hosting the Wildflower Week Challenge in June.
