Blackbird

I'm enjoying seeing the juvenile birds coming to the feeding station. This young blackbird's mum hadn't told it that blackbirds don't eat from peanut cage. It was trying so hard to stretch to reach the nuts from a ring, then it tried to hang onto the wire cage as it had just seen the great tits doing. 

All attempts failed. Just go down on the ground and eat up the crumbs the others drop!

I went around the village putting up some posters, as I do at the start of each month, then I called in at the swimming pool for a coffee to support their funds. After all my good works I came out to go home and got drenched, no coat, didn't expect rain!
