Travel Authorized, day 12

Edinburgh! Like yesterday, using the interrail pass for a day trip.
Accidentally passing the City Art Centre, so, oh, entering! The printmaking exhibition was interesting, especially one of the large prints by Ade Adesina - who is one if the artists represented in a book on residencies at Fossekleiva arts centre (co-edited and -written by me, to be launched on 14 June). Later cheerfully met with Colin Greenslade at the Royal Scottish Academy, who has written about Adesina in the book.
The photography centre Stills showed working class photographers, not only interesting, also important. The day also included a brief encounter with the Water of Leith and the National Library. Late train back to Dundee...
PS: Porridge at a Pret A Manger may be kind of dull breakfast choice, but it's a lot better than paying a lot for a lot you don't eat at a hotel.
