What a morning

Out for walk before breakfast dry and quite warm. Hubby put a wash on and a few minutes later I noticed it was spewing suds all over the kitchen floor. That sorted the toaster blew the electrics, the house alarm got confused and then the boiler started banging. All sorted and then sorted clothes for holiday, and did the usual pre trip jobs, including charge camera batteries and format memory cards.
Got very wet on our afternoon walk, sun shining when we left and then it went dark and the rain came down.
Baked aubergine for dinner and a glass of red.
Popped out to check on figs as squirrels seem to be active just now, but all good.
