Not quite.

       Not quite the First sight - that was three days ago.  Not quite "The Great Bear" OR "The Big Dipper"  Personally I prefer the former; since it's POSH title appears to be "Ursa Major".  There's one star missing and one displaced?   "Or a Meringue?"
       B T W it seems to be a Tradescantia; of which there appears to be at least one outdoor/hardy variety - this one.     ; ¬)
