Pavlova time!

Here for the pavlova fans, is today’s lemon curd with strawberries and cream pav! I might have splodged a bit too much cream on top as the whole thing was sliding, but I was three glasses of rosé down by then!
Our guests had a bit of a nightmare journey, with a bag of essential medical equipment left behind at Gatwick security, and a baby seat at the car hire company covered in vomit, but they took it all in their stride, and once here, the weather improved and the sun came out for them.
