London Day 1

Off the train/tube, booked into hotel, dumped bags and as the weather was glorious, sunny but not too hot, I took my self off across Kensington Gardens from Bayswater Rd to Kensington. Ended up on the High St. and walked past this impressive Art-Deco building that used to be a single department store, Barkers, but like the fate of all these stores it has been resurrected as a home for individual business’s within a refurbished exterior. A walk back towards Paddington, found a pub for a couple of beers and some food.
