White campion

A quick walk up the hill and along the hedgerow of the hillside meadow, squeezed between the Tesco delivery and the nurses' shift change. It was lovely and airy up there, with daisies and buttercups in the meadow, poppies just starting to bloom the other side of the hedge, an elderflower-scented breeze and a tangle of white campion. I've seen a lot of it this year - it seems to be proliferating in the hedgerows around here.

Another three backblips tonight - June might soon be up-to-date! Now, it's time to put the laundry on and go to bed.
