Graduation

In our organistion in Bruges, staffmembers can upgrade to become caretakers. Mostly those staff members are doing cleaning or logistic job. It is 1,5 y course in which they can do their job and internship in 1 of the elderly care homes of our organisation. As i may not have mentioned, the course is provided by staff members( nurses) of our organisation. Those are the first 11 students who graduated . For some of them it was quite though as many have also a family to take care of. So this was a succes and candidates for the next course are being selected. In the extra is a portrait of a couple from Ukraine. They came for an Erasmus project before war broke out, allas they had to stay in Belgium because of the war. She had allready a diploma in nursing , he did his study in the course given by the our organisation.
