The weather forecast was correct

Yesterday's strong wind really died down overnight and this morning was calm and ideal for rowing. We were out again early and back again around 8 a.m. and were positively amazed at how many people and boats were out and about. Today's public holiday and the good conditions helped - the boathouse was half empty.
