Euphoria

Taken moments after Hull KR won the challenge cup final. Absolute euphoria.

Not a game that will ever be regarded as a classic. Rovers took a slim lead but it didn’t last long. Behind at half time and being out- thought and outplayed. As the clock ticked down both of us thought that history was about to repeat itself. And then suddenly, dramatically, with almost our first real attack of the second half, we took the lead and managed to hang on for the final few minutes.

First trophy for 40 years. Celebrated with a few glasses of pop.
