Holiday
We have arrived at our holiday home in Dorset. It’s got a huge amount of grounds to wander in, play castle for the children when they arrive, flat lawn for Bonnie to play ball….and the sun is shining!
I brought my latest cheeses, the Sizergh Farm is delightful, quite dry and crumbly rather like a Wensleydale. The Brie is excellent, just ripening at the edges, and I think the flavour is better this time as I have used a secondary starter of G. candidum, which helps with the ripening process. I guess it will continue to ripen through the week!
