Homework...

Tristan, our chef at the Nick Nairn Cook School encouraged us to come home and have a go. So we've tried the smoked haddock flan a couple of times now.

One flan made yesterday was enjoyed at a supper with friends including fellow blipped Wanders13.

I'm pleased to report 'no soggy bottom,' on C's parmesan pastry - thank you Mrs Berry.
