Stand Up Comedy

What a fun night! We went to see Romesh Ranganathan‘s stand up comedy show in the Borras Theatre near Plaza Urquinaona. The tickets were part of Bb’s birthday pressie in February. We commented that we’d never seen so many British people in one place here before!!

We loved his travel show ‘misadventures’, and his Ranganathon show was something we looked forward to during lockdown. We felt as though we knew his mum, who always appeared on the show! He was also on Desert Island Discs recently (1st June) and he came across as a nice guy.

Bb spotted somebody he knew a few rows in front of ours and went for a chat before the show started. I never met Bb’s dad, but he looks like him here, with a similar stance and gestures.
