Eastbourne Duathlon

I only took a couple of pictures, there was so much more to be thinking about. Not like most of the other events I often do when you just pitch up and run. Making sure all your kit is in the right place, ensuring you've got your hat on and buckled up whenever you touch your bike (even before the event starts), remembering all the rules; it's seemingly very easy to get disqualified.
I snatched this pic while I was queuing for the loo. 

The extra wasn't taken by me. Obviously after the race, when miraculously I'd finished and even nabbed a first in age group (and no, I'm not saying how many others there were in my group). 

All in all, a great thing to be part of.
