Cooling Off….

Had a 6:30am meeting with my Greek colleague before we hosted a 7am workshop for our colleagues in south east Asia and Oceania.

Back to back meetings thereafter so took H out for a lunchtime walk and she happily played in the water.

Got badminton tonight at my local gym as we couldn’t book the usual place.
