Forgot my hat and goggles for swimming this morning so did some doggy paddle and a bit of aqua jogging.
Work was good as I found a perfect opportunity to tell a colleague how fabulous they are and caught up with an old colleague who will soon be retiring. It’s nice to reminisce about the good old days…. We can now laugh about the day our conference venue dropped 150 deserts!
