Scotch eggs

Looked forward to working today!!!
The 2 cooks were rather stressed today, it seems the menu was causing a few problems, one being too much preparation time and not enough hours before lunch. I asked if there was anything I could do to help, surprisingly they first asked me to cut up the quiche ready for serving, then was I any good at covering scotch eggs in breadcrumbs. I set to work, there was 70 of them to do.
The cook said she was very impressed with them and suggested I took a photo to show how good they were.
Doesn't sound much and I didn't think I'd done much until later on she said she felt very stressed and was on the verge of walking out. So happy I could lend a hand.
After work met up with my friend with 3 dogs at Cardinham and we had a lovely walk together
