Cheerful gate

Highlight of the day was chi gong with Peter! There were just two of us and we had to be outside as there was no space available at the community venue so we went into the garden space in this enclave! It was very neat and tidy but my balance was not up to much today. It is always so different each time depending on how much sleep or what you have eaten etc. it is always a happy experience though!

Went to the tennis club to meet Linda and give her a ticket to our concert and then we both went to the stonehouse residents association quarterly meeting to listen to a talk by Joanna about her decision and prep and running of the London marathon! Such an inspiration!
